I'm not sure what your point was. Sotomayor stated that her ethnicity and experiences as a Latina make her more likely to reach a better conclusion than white men.
It's a racist comment, and republicans are right to jump all over it.
Sorry about the delete.
That video is a good catch. Of particular interest is Lou Dobbs' comment. So maybe his antipathy toward Hispanics is not completely based on their legal status, as he would often have us believe.
