Unfortunately, in the current climate that Wisconsin has founder herself to be in, republicans don't need new or novel ideas to take back the governor's mansion. All they have to do is tell the public that they will reign in spending, and that should do the trick.
Btw, I actually like the whole "party of no" banner. Not only does it have a nice little ring to it, but people will start to admire the GOP for saying no to massive spending projects that raise taxes on the middle class.
