On two occasions I've pointed to Reince Priebus' unusual definition of "unity". I based the observations on an email that he sent to another Wisconsin Republican back in May of 2009. At that time, Priebus was in DC apparently helping incoming Republican National Committee chair Michael Steele. During that time he wrote a brief email bragging that there was, "Total unity and Steele kicking ass..." It only took a few months after his "unity" and "kicking ass" declaration for all hell to start breaking loose at the RNC.Now we have news that Reince Priebus has officially announced his plan to challenge Michael Steele as RNC chair. Because nothing defines the word "unity" like a stab in the back from a friend.
