Will the GOP Attack Voters as Being Anti-Troop?

Most already know that 24 of 32 Wisconsin communities voted to remove our troops from Iraq by refferendum yesterday. How will the GOP spin this one? Will they use their usual tactic by claiming that all of these 24 communities are not patriotic? Will they use that tired old bumper sitcker that voters don't "support the troops"? Will they continue their delusion that a majority of Wisconsinites support Bush's war? How will this affect Mark Green, who started the "Victory in Iraq Caucus" in Congress?
